GPS-verified factory audits

On-the-ground visits with GPS-stamped video. Production floor, raw materials, finished goods. Documented and shared in WhatsApp before payments release.

3-stage AQL quality control

Pre-production (materials and tooling), in-production (mid-run inspection), and pre-shipment (final AQL sampling). Errors caught before the container leaves the factory.

Logistics management

Freight booking, customs documentation, and door-to-door delivery coordination. One point of contact across the entire shipping chain.

How pricing works

A flat fee. Quoted upfront.

Your fee is calculated as 5–10% of total order volume — the exact percentage scales inversely with order size. Larger orders pay a smaller percentage. The fee is locked in at the contract stage and valid for one month. No hidden markups, no kickbacks from factories.

Production lifecycle

From signed NNN to delivered container.

Contract. Bilingual NNN signed with the factory before tooling deposits release.
Pre-production audit. Materials, tooling, golden sample approved.
Live production. Mid-run inspection with GPS-verified video walkthrough.
Pre-shipment QC. AQL sampling — defect rate signed off before container loads.
Logistics. Sea or air freight booked, customs docs prepared, door-to-door coordinated.
Delivery. Container arrives. We close the milestone. You receive a full audit report.
