Request and agent match
You describe the product, the quantity and where it should be delivered, inside WhatsApp. No forms to download and no account to create.
Our team matches the project to an agent who knows that product and that manufacturing city. The agent goes to factories directly, not to Alibaba listings, and sends back 3 to 5 quotes you can compare side by side.
Factory audit
You tell the agent what to check: battery cells, welding, assembly lines, certificates. The agent visits the factory and captures location, photos, video and the business licence inside the app, each stamped with GPS and time.
The audit ends with a scored report and a PDF. You approve the factory, or walk away, before any contract or deposit.
Contracts and deposit
You enter your company details and the designs you want protected. Licensed counsel in China drafts a bilingual NNN agreement and the OEM manufacturing contract, with Chinese and English side by side.
The factory signs and stamps first. You read both, approve, and pay the deposit directly to the factory's bank. Mila never holds your money.
Production and QC
Before the line starts, you set the defect limits and the tests you want run. Your agent uploads packaging proofs for your approval before a single box is printed.
During the run there are three planned inspections and two visits the factory doesn't know about, all filmed and stamped. You get a scored QC report, and you pay the balance to the factory only when QC has passed.
Shipping and delivery
You confirm the delivery address and pick sea or rail freight. Your agent films the container being loaded and sealed, and the bill of lading and customs papers arrive in your project.
You follow each milestone from the origin port to final delivery. Specs, samples, contracts and reports stay saved, so your next order starts from where this one ended.
You pay per step, and the factory directly.
Mila's fee for each step is paid in the app when you start that step. Deposits and balances go from your bank to the factory's bank, against the signed contract and the factory invoice. Mila never holds your money, and you can stop after any step.
